Sr. Manager, Advertising

Qualifications:

• EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, & EDUCATION (IF APPLICABLE) REQUIRED
• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within an advertising agency or lifestyle brand.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Proven success in creating innovative and creative campaigns that effectively engage and inspire consumers.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in understanding emerging digital trends and landscapes.
• Superior project management skills with the capability to oversee complex, integrated campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities with the foresight to anticipate trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and executing projects successfully.
• Possess an entrepreneurial, "can-do" mindset, supported by a commitment to continuous learning and implementation of industry best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and develop a team, while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
