YourRole
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is responsible for leading O Positiv’s product vision, innovation strategy, and end-to-end product lifecycle across dietary supplements and other consumer categories. This role owns the development of a high-quality, science-backed product portfolio that meets real women’s health needs and supports sustainable, long-term growth.
The CPO will oversee the full physical product pipeline—from insight generation and concept development through formulation, substantiation, commercialization, and lifecycle management—ensuring products are thoughtfully differentiated, rigorously developed, and operationally scalable. This leader will bring strong technical judgment, consumer empathy, and cross-functional leadership to build a repeatable, disciplined innovation engine that consistently delivers meaningful products to market.
The ideal candidate is a proven product and innovation leader with deep experience in supplements and/or personal care, who has successfully operated in both scaled organizations and high-growth environments, and who thrives at the intersection of science, consumer insight, and brand.
Responsibilities and Duties- Define and own O Positiv’s long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across supplements, personal and intimate care, and other categories
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the executive team on category expansion, innovation pacing, and growth opportunities
- Identify innovation opportunities through deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging scientific and technical trends
- Establish clear portfolio priorities, development principles, and decision frameworks to guide investment and trade-offs
- Lead and continuously evolve a structured, repeatable innovation and product development engine, from insight and concept through launch and lifecycle management
- Set the technical and scientific direction for the portfolio, ensuring products are thoughtfully differentiated and meet high standards for quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and scientific substantiation needs
- Oversee lifecycle management, including reformulation, line extensions, and portfolio evolution
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory to bring products to market successfully and on time
- Lead product and science storytelling internally, ensuring teams are equipped with clear product narratives, claims rationale, and scientific grounding to support go-to-market strategy, asset development, and education
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, establishing clear operating rhythms, accountability, and collaboration
- Build product and innovation capabilities that scale with the business while fostering a culture of scientific rigor, consumer empathy, curiosity, and operational excellence
- Represent O Positiv externally with manufacturers, scientific partners, and industry stakeholders as appropriate
