Founded in 2016, Box Union is a fitness boxing brand that operates under Box Union Holdings, a company dedicated to empowering individuals through fitness. Box Union owns and operates three studio locations in Los Angeles, CA, as well as a sister brand in the boxing fitness space, TITLE Boxing Club.
At Box Union, we are driven by our unique BOX TO THE BEAT methodology, which harnesses the power of BPM theory to synchronize music with movement, creating a hyper-efficient workout and an enjoyable experience. Guided by our inspiring coaches, we offer an immersive mind and body journey that taps into your inner fighter. Beyond merely cultivating better boxers, our mission is to cultivate better individuals.
We recognize the profound link between mental health and boxing. Stress relief, empowerment, and focus are integral components of the boxing experience, and they align seamlessly with our core values. In fact, our boxers' primary motivation to return is the mental clarity and stress relief they gain from our sessions. We believe in the importance of mental health as a foundational cause, reflecting our commitment to overall well-being.
Join us at Box Union and be part of a community that goes beyond fitness – a community that champions mental health, stress relief, empowerment, and personal growth through the transformative power of boxing.
