Position: Director of Operations & Client Experience (Multi-Location)

Haus of Portraiture is a high-end, multi-location portrait studio delivering premium, white-glove experiences for families. For over 10 years, we’ve created heirloom artwork, built a strong community reputation, and donated to hundreds of charities. We are growing and seeking aDirector of Operations & Client Experience to bring structure, leadership, accountability, and calm to our studios.

This role is for amotivated, mature, self-directed leaderwho loves systems andpeople, thrives in responsibility, and takes pride in running a tight, values-driven operation without needing reminders or micromanagement.

THE MISSION OF THIS ROLE

Toown and optimize studio operations across multiple locations, lead and motivate staff, protect the client experience, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks — so the business runs smoothly, profitably, and in alignment with our culture and values.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and improve all studio systems, SOPs, and workflows
  • Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable across multiple locations
  • Manage schedules, payroll oversight, inventory, reporting, and budgets
  • Handle client escalations and protect a 5-star customer experience
  • Support sales and step in when needed
  • Ensure deadlines, targets, and standards are consistently met
  • Operate autonomously while keeping the Owner informed

Requirements
  • Proven leadership/management experience (service-based retail or hospitality a plus)
  • Strong understanding of operations, systems, and sales

  • Experience wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
  • $103,000/year
