Overview
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will join The Painted Turtle (TPT) at an exciting time as TPT enters the third decade with ambitious plans to grow the camper base and annual budget from $5.8 million in 2024 to $7.5 million by 2026.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of enthusiastic fundraisers across individual giving, grants, corporate giving, events, and The Painted Turtle Camp Store.
- Oversee the design and implementation of all fundraising strategies and activities for the organization and work with members of the leadership team to achieve goals and milestones established in The Painted Turtle Strategic Plan.
- Play a key role in Board of Directors development, engagement, and succession planning.
