I’m working with a Chambers‑ranked boutique labor & employment firm in the Los Angeles area seeking a Labor & Employment associate to join their growing team. This role offers immediate hands‑on litigation, client contact, and a supportive, close‑knit culture.
DetailsAnnual Bonus: Discretionary + structured billable bonus
Billable Requirement: 1,750 hours
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 in office)
Benefits: Full benefits + unlimited PTO
Qualifications- 2-6 years of employment litigation experience (wage & hour, single‑plaintiff, class/PAGA a plus)
- Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, admin agency work (DLSE/CRD/EEOC)
- Strong writing, litigation skills, and ability to handle core L&E matters
- Community‑minded, communicative, and eager to litigate
- Open to relocation candidates
