Role

The Administrative Legal Assistant reports directly to specific Attorneys and Partners and works with the Legal Team to ensure a smooth workflow for the Attorneys that they support. This position supports attorneys across multiple offices; depending on location, some in-office presence may be helpful, but the role can be performed fully remotely. Preference will be given to those in Pacific and/or Mountain Time.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting assigned Attorneys and Partners with administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Scheduling appointments with colleagues and clients
    • Drafting and sending documents, including service contracts
    • Updating the firm s CRM platform consistently when taking any action related to a case
    • Organizing and distributing Attorneys  mail to the appropriate Legal team members
  • Working on special administrative projects, including presentations, as directed by the Attorneys
  • Performing thorough and accurate document management and data entry
  • Tending to other projects, including possible casework, as directed by a Partner and based on the needs of the firm
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with good academic record
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially relating to email communication in a professional work environment
  • Ability to implement and maintain organizational systems consistently
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Fast learner
