Associate Attorneys work alongside Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Team Managers, Partners, and other Associates to prepare and file a variety of business‑related non‑immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, leading client communication, collaborating with legal support teams, and conducting high‑level case reviews.
Remote applicants will be considered, with preference given to candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.
Associate Attorney Responsibilities- Analyzing and communicating options to address clients’ business immigration needs
- Maintaining timely and accurate lines of communications with clients both during and after the application process to provide support with immigration program management and compliance
- Supervising and collaborating with supporting staff to ensure that applications are prepared and filed correctly
- Maintaining accuracy for high volume, rapid turnover cases
- Assisting clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process
- Other duties as required
- Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
- At least 5 years of business immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of a variety of case types, covering NIV (including simple and complex L visas and E‑2 Treaty Investor visas), PERM, and other IV case types
- Proven track record of success in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organization skills
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $180,000 per year.
