At Boosted, we manage a portfolio offast-growing beauty, health, and wellness brands across e-commerce channels and our own websites. Each channel has unique customers, behaviors, and economics. In your new role as Director of Analytics and Strategy, you will leverage our extensive data resources to uncover actionable insights, translate complex analytics into targeted growth strategies, and guide cross-functional teams in turning data into measurable business impact.
YOURRESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Analytics
- Define and own the company’s core metrics framework, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
- Lead a high performing analytics team
- Oversee product and channel level forecasting to inform growth decisions
- Build and continuously improve cohort-based LTV and retention models
- Surface high impact insights across growth, pricing, and performance
- Ensure data informs decisions, driving action and not debate
- Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully reduce time to insight and increase impact
- Lead the implementation of AI powered capabilities, including
- Anomaly detection
- Predictive LTV modeling
- Automated insight generation
- Creative tagging and performance analysis
- Maintain a strong focus on ROI, avoiding AI theater in favor of real business value
- Serve as the connective tissue between brand, marketing, digital product, and finance
- Translate insights directly into execution and measurable outcomes
- Empower teams to use data more effectively without adding friction or slowing momentum
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or data product leadership
- Strategy consulting experience at a leading national or regional management consulting firm
- Experience working with consumer-packaged goods and direct to consumer business models
- Proven ability to set analytics strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of modern analytics and data technology stacks
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
