Tennis Channel is the media home of tennis worldwide, featuring 24‑hour television networks, a subscription streaming service, and related digital content. As our distribution landscape expands, we need an experienced partner manager to activate and grow our partner programs across MVPDs, streaming platforms, and CTV/FAST services.
Reporting to the Director of Partner Management, this role supports the full partner ecosystem by driving co‑marketing programs, optimizing performance, coordinating campaign assets, and ensuring seamless execution across our highest‑growth platforms. The Manager will play a critical role in activating partner programs, optimizing performance, and elevating our content’s visibility across every screen.
Responsibilities- Support the partner lifecycle: onboard new distribution partners, plan launches, coordinate assets, and align cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor performance across platforms—track viewership, ad metrics, subscription KPIs, and promotional delivery—and maintain daily communication with partner contacts at Amazon, Roku, Samsung, Pluto, You Tube TV, and others.
- Activate partner programs by building and managing toolkits, evergreen assets, seasonal creative, and go‑to‑market materials; coordinate asset trafficking, timelines, and approvals.
- Execute promotional campaigns across CTV, FAST, MVPD/dMVPD partners, and more.
- Drive reporting & insights: pull data from Amagi, Conviva, Google Analytics for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; package insights into executive‑ready dashboards and partner recaps; surface trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Increase on‑platform visibility by tracking earned placements, contractual marketing obligations, and promotional opportunities; assist with DTC subscription offers, exposure planning, and visibility calendars.
- Collaborate across teams—Distribution, Growth Marketing, Programming, Product—to align platform priorities and build scalable processes, templates, and resource‑light systems that improve operational efficiency.
- At least 5 years in partner management, digital distribution, streaming, or performance marketing.
- Deep knowledge of key platforms (Amazon, Roku, Samsung, Pluto, You Tube TV, etc.) and the CTV/FAST/MVPD ecosystem.
- Experience coordinating cross‑platform campaigns, asset workflows, and co‑marketing initiatives.
- Comfortable navigating analytics tools and performance metrics (MAUs, ad fill, watch time, LTV, churn).
- Strong project management and communication skills—able to organize complex workflows and communicate clearly with partners and internal teams.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative spirit and desire to support and grow in a high‑visibility, high‑impact function.

Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Final compensation is determined by factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full‑time positions are eligible for benefits that include retirement plan participation, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
