Technical Application Manager

• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications from an internal policy and regulatory compliance perspective
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners to onboard applications into the environment
• Ensure ongoing inventory maintenance for application compliance with internal policies and regulatory directives
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking current activity and providing status updates
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain required documentation

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience in projects for IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with external application vendor contacts

• Experience in compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with application security measures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and its specific applications
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
