We’re hiring a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to own and scale the infrastructure that powers our mobile iOS & Android application.

You’ll be responsible for making sure mobile clients can reliably:

• Send and receive data in real time
• Handle voice/audio workflows
• Stay fast, secure, and resilient across volatile networks
• Scale as usage grows

You’ll work closely with founding engineers and CEO.

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure that supports iOS & Android apps
• Ensure low-latency APIs and reliable real-time communication
• Support mobile-specific challenges: intermittent connectivity, retries, offline tolerance

• Own infrastructure for mobile-facing APIs
• Design for high availability, graceful degradation, and fast recovery
• Ensure versioned APIs don’t break existing mobile clients

• Messy Transcription data
• Real‑time and async processing
• Ensure data flows are reliable, observable, and recoverable

• Secure mobile-to-cloud communication
• Implement secrets management, access controls, and encryption
• Support compliance and audit readiness as the product scales

You’re a senior Dev Ops engineer who
:

• Passionate and hungry to build something novel
• Has supported production mobile apps
• Cares deeply about reliability and user trust
• Can operate independently and make architectural calls

• 7+ years in Dev Ops / Infrastructure / Platform Engineering / Mobile app experience
• Strong experience with AWS (or similar cloud)
• Experience supporting mobile app backends
• CI/CD pipeline ownership
• Monitoring, logging, and alerting experience
• Experience working with real users at production scale
• Startup or early-stage company experience - Strong Plus (Not Required)
• Telecommunication experience - Strong Plus (Not Required)
