What You’ll Be Helping Achieve

This role will assist the People Team with essential administrative duties. This is a great opportunity to learn about the world of Human Resources in a fast-paced working environment. Assisting with new hire onboarding, the internship program, and employee wellness practices are some essential duties. This is an entry level position and does not require a college degree.

What You’ll Be Working On
  • Assist with New Hire paperwork, questions, and orientation
  • Assist with internship program planning and execution
  • Assist with exit paperwork and offboarding process
  • Assist with learning and development practices, including agency trainings and workshops
  • Assist People team with new ideas and enhancing the employee experience
  • Responsible for collecting, entering, and auditing employee data into our systems
  • Other duties as assigned
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
  • Comfortability working within Microsoft programs
  • Detailed Orientated
  • Interest in getting into HR
  • Positive attitude and curiosity (you love asking questions)
  • Ability to work with associates and candidates of all levels

Compensation
:
The hourly rate for this position is $21.98- $23.63, with an annualized equivalent of $40,000 - $43,000. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, and the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
