• Serve as the patient access subject matter expert for all oncology therapies within the assigned geography
• Educate healthcare professionals on payer coverage, prior authorization requirements, and reimbursement pathways
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient access and enhance the customer experience
• Identify and escalate patient access issues to drive timely resolutions
• Monitor and communicate evolving payer landscape and access trends within oncology

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, including 4+ years in patient access or relevant reimbursement experience in oncology
• 2+ years of experience with 'buy and bill' reimbursement
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear messages
• Must reside in AK, LA, MS, or TX or live in close proximity to the designated area of responsibility

• Launch experience in oncology for both oral and injectable products
• Proven ability to build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, copay assistance, and HUB services
