Overview
The Cardiac Vascular Technologist obtains diagnostic quality echocardiograms and all vascular tests as prescribed by the physician. He/she specializes in echo-cardiology and vascular technology (non-invasive tests). Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence Health & Services.
Qualifications- Coursework/Training Successful completion of a vascular ultrasound technology program.

National Registered Vascular Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International Or - Upon hire:
National Registered Technologist - Vascular Sonography Or - Upon hire:
National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Upon hire:
National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Hospital experience.
- 2 years of recent experience performing vascular ultrasound in a hospital setting.
- Electronic troubleshooting experience.
