Overview
At Posture Works Physical Therapy, we don’t run a mill clinic. We build high-level clinicians who understand how movement, biomechanics, and the nervous system truly drive recovery and long-term performance. We are hiring both a Physical Therapist (PT) and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our performance-driven, mentorship-based clinical team. If you want more than protocol-based care and production pressure — this is your competitive edge.
Aboutthe Role
This is a one-on-one, outcomes-driven clinical environment. You will work in close collaboration with a high-performance clinical team to:
- deliver individualized, movement-based treatment
- apply advanced neuromuscular and motor control strategies
- progress patients safely from rehabilitation to higher-level function and performance

This is not volume rehab. This is precision care.
Clinical Technologies & Training EnvironmentYou will train and work with:
- Moovment biomechanics analysis
- NEUBIE neuro-stimulation
- Redcord neuromuscular re-education
- HRV-guided neuroplasticity and recovery training
You will not simply follow protocols. You will be trained to understand the drivers behind pain, compensation, and performance.
Mentorship & Clinical Development ModelBoth the PT and PTA roles include structured mentorship and clinical development:
- direct mentorship with senior physical therapists
- hands-on training in neuro-based and performance-driven rehabilitation
- ongoing clinical education and in-services
- continuous feedback on cueing, exercise progressions, and clinical decision-making
