Rad Net Radiology is an advanced technology-driven organization dedicated to delivering a better healthcare experience. We are seeking a Radiology/Fluoroscopy Technologist to join our dynamic team and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities- Prepares patients for radiological procedures and performs radiologic exams following established procedures for patient care and safety.
- Performs high quality radiologic exams on incoming patients in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care; may also be required to perform fluoroscopy and/or DEXA exams on incoming patients.
- Protects patients, self and staff from radiation exposure by practicing sound procedures which meet or exceed recommended industry standards.
- Performs all radiologic procedures in strict accordance with currently approved practices, as outlined in department policy and procedure manuals, and complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and other regulatory requirements.
- Develops radiological film and processes CR and DR imaging.
- Ensures that all equipment is in good working condition and in compliance.
- Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
- Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
- Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
- Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrates ability to establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.
- You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.
- You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- ARRT(R) certification
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
- Permit/Certification in Fluoroscopy
BLS certification - At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred!
