Pay Range: $32 - $40 per hour

We are looking for a full-time outpatient PTA for our Performance outpatient facility in Santa Monica CA. • Reviewing patient medical history
• Providing excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
• Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic program
• Observe patients during treatments and report observations to Physical Therapist
• Communicate with staff and other health team members, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs

• Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure in good standing in California
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Associates Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required
• Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice required
