Patient Admissions Coordinator at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work
-hour, Variable shifts.

We are seeking a Registrar to be responsible for securing appropriate patient account reimbursement by obtaining complex demographic, insurance and medical information and ensuring this is documented timely and accurately.

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.
• Clerical and computer experience.
• Organizing and planning.

Coursework/Training
- College level course work, particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework.

Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) upon hire.

Registrar and third party payor experience.
