We are actively seeking part‑time (pro re nata) Caregivers to join our nationally recognized agency, which is independently owned and operated.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Driver's License (preferred)
• Proof of current 2‑Step TB testing (Or Ability to Obtain)
• First Aid and CPR Certified (Or Ability to Obtain)
• Must be bondable
• Meet or exceed minimum qualifications for the following:
  • A criminal background check (National and required by state)
  • Motor Vehicle Driving Record
  • Professional and Personal Reference Check
  • Must be physically able to perform the functions of this position
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of sufficient automobile insurance (when applicable)
• Satisfactorily complete SYNERGY Home Care Orientation and online training modules as assigned
• Have the ability to learn and possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Have the ability to learn and possess good organizational skills

• Understand and implement a client's non‑medical needs in accordance with the established Plan of Care
• Provides companionship for a client including, but not limited to:
  • Talking and attentive Listening
  • Providing social and emotional support
  • Promoting mental alertness through client engagement and activities of client's interest
  • Promotes a sense of safety and well‑being (Notify the SYNERGY Home Care office of safety concerns)
  • Assists in meeting nutritional needs by providing meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping as needed by the client
• Follow SYNERGY Home Care's Infection Control Policies (notify the SYNERGY Home Care office if in need of appropriate PPE or supplies)
• Follow our mobile app/or other timekeeping methods instructions when clocking in and out for all scheduled shifts

• Observe and report any/all changes in the client's mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to the immediate…
