Responsibilities- Under the general supervision of the pharmacy supervisor/pharmacist, the Hospital Lab Technician II (HLT II) assists in all activities required for ensuring patient access to medications.
- Major duties include processing of prescriptions, preparation of medications, prior authorization, financial assistance, refill authorizations, medication preparation, and patient outreach within applicable policies, procedures and regulations.
- Schedule:
Varied hours, depending on department needs, including weekends and holidays - Hourly Salary Range: $32.77 – 43.22 (Union represented, step based salary depending on years of experience)
- Bargaining Unit: EX - AFSCME
