Their platform allows organizations to offer seamless, app‑free charging while driving efficiency and customer engagement.

They are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their Finance team. This role reports to the Director of Finance and works closely with leaders across the company.

• Design and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support decision‑making
• Consolidate and reconcile financial data from multiple systems and teams
• Prepare monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and insights for department leaders
• Support the monthly close process and summarize results for management
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and strategic initiatives
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Provide financial forecasts and scenario analysis to guide planning
• Contribute to other finance‑related projects as needed

• 3+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a comparable discipline (preferred)
• Prior FP&A experience with strong budgeting and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Advanced Excel skills, with proven financial modeling expertise
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Background in companies that sell or manage physical products (e.g., electronics, retail, e‑commerce, IoT), preferred
• Experience helping implement new financial processes in a scaling or startup environment

Targeting a base salary of $120‑$150k plus bonus.
