What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on foundational skills including phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage children and foster a lifelong passion for reading
- Evaluating student progress data to refine instructional methods continuously and generate actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI-powered literacy tools

- Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence frameworks

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Ability to assess reading levels, organize student groups, and develop differentiated instruction independently without pre-written curricula
- Competence with AI/adaptive learning tools and ability to respond to student behaviors within those systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of our locations:

The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
