Train the Body
* Inspire the Mind.
* Empower the Spirit
Founded by Sensei Mallica Skyler Cooper, Beyond Karate offers inclusive martial arts fitness, creative workshops, tutoring, life skills coaching, and leadership training for children, teens, and adults of all abilities. Our approach blends martial arts, yoga, mindfulness, and functional fitness with hands-on learning to strengthen both body and mind.
Beyond Karate also offers advocacy and family coaching services, where families can meet with Sensei Mallica to set goals, address family, school, or other personal challenges, track progress, or receive guidance on IEPs and DDS funding.
