Educator Pay Rate
: $21-23 per hour (based on education and experience)

• Daily Program Meetings:
  Review goals, share updates, and encourage collaboration.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  Prepare and lead educational and enjoyable curriculum.
• Leading by Example:
  Maintain a safe and nurturing environment with positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy:
  Monitor the environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicate with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR – in person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test and health screening.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required.
• Live Scan fingerprint background check cleared.
• 48 units at an institution of higher learning; OR an Associate’s or higher degree; OR pass the District’s Instructional Assistant written examination.
