Job Duties
  • Teach courses in human anatomy
  • Supervise student projects, help sessions and open labs
  • Maintain office hours
  • Participate in department and college flex day activities
Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in any biological science OR a Bachelor's Degree in any biological science AND a Master's Degree in one of the following:
Biochemistry, Biophysics, Marine Science, or the equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
  • Teaching experience in Anatomy, including but not limited to dissection and histology
  • Training or experience in dissection of cats
  • Broad-ranging knowledge of biology
  • Demonstrated skill in teaching biological science courses at the college level
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience with interactive computer programs
  • Knowledge of experiential and interactive teaching methods
  • Demonstrated interest in, and aptitude for, teaching students of varied levels of preparation
