Job Duties- Teach Italian courses
- Maintain office hours
- Participate in department and college flex day activities
- Master's Degree in the language being taught
- OR a Bachelor's Degree in the language being taught AND a Master's Degree in another language or linguistics
- OR the Equivalent
Experience teaching college‑level beginning Italian in an accredited institution.

Starting salary for Part Time Faculty is based on educational achievement and prior employment experience up to Step
4. Further step advancement occurs at the beginning of the intersession or semester following completion of multiples of 30 LHE at Santa Monica College.
