Experience and skill level may range from an entry level designer (2-4 years) to intermediate level Architect (5-8 years’ experience) to participate in all phases of design through construction on several residential projects. We are offering consultancy positions but are willing to consider full-time opportunities on a case-by-case basis.

• Design, coordination, client meetings, permitting, answering RFIs, presentations, site visits, full-scale mockups, etc.
• Working closely and clearly communicating with the team. BA team members have a great deal of autonomy in their work but will need to stay closely connected to the team.
• Contributing to a creative and friendly office environment.

• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Self-starter and capable of multi-tasking
• A penchant for follow-through
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
• Experience leading the Contract Administration phase
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Strong proficiency in complex computer modeling in a variety of programs
• Some rendering and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Experience coordinating engineering disciplines and consultants

• Ability to generate technical details of conventional and unconventional assemblies
• Experience obtaining agency approvals
• Experience communicating with contractors
