Designer II, Device Brand Studio

Overview

Designer / Art Director, Device Brand Studio — lead the creative vision for campaign events across the device portfolio. Drive concept development and oversee creative execution for high-impact seasonal campaigns, major product launches, and brand initiatives. Collaborate with creative teams, product marketing managers, and senior leaders to deliver compelling digital campaigns that span  This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design, guiding creative teams to develop visually impactful work across owned and operated channels, adapting style guides for each device brand, and ensuring visual consistency while meeting deadlines.

You will mentor the Costa Rica-based design production team to maintain quality standards.

• You have at least 5+ years of design and art direction experience with an expert ability to develop innovative creative work across high-volume digital campaign events
• Translate corporate style guides and customize them for the campaign at hand
• Apply graphic design, branding, photography, and art direction for print, digital, and motion
• Provide excellent design and conceptual skills with the ability to guide, evaluate, and redirect creative development when necessary
• Be curious and passionate about design with awareness of evolving tools, technologies, resources, and trends
• Collaborate with a team to find simple solutions to complex problems and communicate effectively
• Articulate ideas clearly, engage in healthy debate, and accept directional feedback within a creative organization
• Understand the end-to-end process of campaign development, including staffing projects and providing timely feedback

• 5+ years of design experience
• Available online portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) on macOS
• Experience designing for mobile and desktop applications
• Experience with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major UX patterns
• Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touchpoints across platforms and devices
• Experience with art directing and/or creating CGI environments
