Creative Producer, Brand Partnership Studio

Overview

The mission of the Brand Partnership Studio is to bring Twitch streamers visibility and creativity across Twitch and Amazon through strategic brand partnerships. We enable brands to win in the creator economy by delivering what their target audiences and Twitch viewers want – programs that harness popular culture and community behaviors with compelling content and tech. Reporting to the Creative Production Lead, US, the Creative Producer will be a key player contributing to the Brand Partnership Studio mission based out of the New York office.

They will produce content that becomes part of popular culture on Twitch, that Twitch streamers want to be a part of, and in the process create opportunities for brands to join in the buzz. As a Creative Producer you’ll define the creative vision during production for all stakeholders on one-off programs and recurring series. You’ll lead creative, budgeting, vendor management, and delivery of Twitch live streams, commercials, and interactive technology like Twitch extensions and mini-games.

Creative Producers set the highest standard for interactive content delivering content that millions of users engage with on Twitch and other Amazon surfaces.

• Lead creative production across stakeholders to drive creative alignment between Streamers, Clients, Vendors and internal teams. Making creative trade-off decisions when necessary
• Direct the creative output of internal and external partners to the highest quality standards
• Own end-to-end creative production including ensuring delivery on time and on-budget
• Synthesize ambiguous information (for example partial Voice of Streamer (VoS) and Voice of Client (VoC) feedback, feasibility and creative asks from stakeholders) into actionable execution plans
• Lead RFP and negotiations with external vendors
• Ensure alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities

BPS is Amazon s award winning in-house content and tech team supporting the ideation and execution of custom content, sponsor ships, and technology on Twitch.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of creative executive in a proven production company or network with previous development or current programming in the various genres of unscripted television (documentary, competition, talk, etc.) experience
• Experience owning and leading significant projects from concept to deployment
• Experience knowledge of the Twitch platform and Twitch advertising experience
• 5+ years of negotiations and vendor management experience
• Knowledge of creator-facing strategy and communications dynamics for streaming media and entertainment
• Knowledge of video production crews, live streaming technologies, studio workflows, edit and post- production techniques, production calendars and staffing
• Experience working with diverse partners, from executives to content creators
• Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity
