As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and encoding all media that is delivered to the company, as well as delivering final master spots via digital files.

• Full-time role, currently hybrid status
• In-person/in-office minimum of 3 days per week

• Encoding & Quality Control all final assets for broadcast digital delivery e.g., Extreme Reach, AdStream, Youtube, etc.
• Preparation of files for Flame Artists (Footage/offline elements/audio)
• Data Management via hard drives, servers, streaming
• Syncing and uploading data across global Post Production offices
• Flame Editing – slate creation, audio relay, trimming
• Work closely with coordinating staff and supervisors to meet all delivery deadlines
• Explore and apply AI tools to enhance creative workflows, from generating fresh content ideas to streamlining production tasks, while staying curious about emerging technologies that shape the future of storytelling
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must work well independently as well as with others in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize workload and maintain an organized work area
• Knowledge of Autodesk Flame/Adobe CC/Resolve/
• Encoding expertise and familiarity with video codecs. Pro Res/MXF/H264, etc.
• Knowledge of HD/SD file formats & social media platforms
• Strong proficiency in both Mac and PC operating systems
• Familiarity with Linux-based command line operations is a plus
• Experience working at a post-production facility in a technical capacity
• Must be able to handle the fast-paced environment of post-production and multi-task

Compensation Range: $50,065 - $70,784 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
