Part-Time Automotive Photographer – Santa Cruz & Seaside

Schedule:

Mon/Wed/Fri ; 8am-4:30PM (Or until work is completed) Route:
Santa Cruz, Seaside, and surrounding areas Pay: $23.50+ per hour (Base pay + per-vehicle photo payout)

About the Role:

Pro-Motion Pix is looking for a part-time Automotive Photographer to capture high-quality photos, spins, and videos of dealership vehicles for sale using a company-issued iPhone.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has a keen eye for detail, and is comfortable working outdoors. You'll be responsible for locating and moving vehicles to staging areas, ensuring they are properly photographed, and communicating with dealership staff to complete daily assignments.

While prior experience in automotive photography is not required, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a customer-focused attitude are key to success in this role.

We’re seeking reliable and motivated individuals who:

Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Are comfortable with manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required)

Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions

Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills

Excel in an independent work environment

Have an interest in automotive photography & dealership operations

Job Responsibilities:

Use your own vehicle to follow a provided schedule and visit assigned dealerships

Utilize a company-provided iPhone and app to capture photos, spins, and videos of vehicles

Locate vehicle keys and move vehicles to designated staging areas

Communicate with dealership staff about vehicles that are not found or not ready for photos

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license

Comfortable with manual transmission (preferred but not required)

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to outdoor conditions

Tech-savvy and eager to learn
