We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager for our Communications team to define and execute the strategy for our critical telehealth and secure messaging work streams. You'll be instrumental in enhancing the core Simple Practice experience by identifying opportunities to improve how our customers connect with their clients, ensuring these communication tools are seamless, secure, and compliant.

• Own the vision and roadmap for telehealth and secure messaging capabilities, setting priorities and charting the course to success.
• Deeply understand group practices’ needs and define strategy, building business cases and new user experiences that integrate high‑quality video and compliant communication.
• Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify emerging trends and product enhancements.
• Champion collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders.
• Roll up sleeves, experiment, iterate quickly, and monitor product performance through key metrics and customer feedback.

• 5+ years of product management experience, including strategic vision and zero‑to‑one product development.
• Track record of scaling and iterating features based on user data and market insights.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, inspiring cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, using data to inform decisions.
• A passionate advocate with enthusiasm for building remarkable products.

$130,000 – $162,500 annually
