• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase department performance
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants
• Lead daily sales operations, including desking deals and monitoring KPIs
• Collaborate with the F&I team to ensure a smooth, profitable, and guest-focused process
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and guest retention
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and appropriately
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and OEM guidelines

• Required: Minimum of 3 years of franchise automotive Sales Manager experience in a high-volume dealership, or prior GSM experience
• Required: Must be local — we only consider candidates who live within a reasonable commute to Santa Monica
• Highly Preferred: Prior experience in the Los Angeles automotive market and with Hyundai
• High-energy, results-driven attitude with strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in F&I processes and CDK software

You must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License

• The estimated annual earnings for this position are $ - $ after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
• Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
