We are representing our client, a publicly-traded entertainment company, in hiring a Director of Accounting.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Quarter-end close activity
- SEC Report filing
- M&A, due diligence, and integration activities
- Capital & Debt offerings
- Process improvement projects across Finance & Accounting
- System Development and Implementation
- Technical Accounting
- Working cross-functionally with FP&A and Tax Departments
Qualifications include:
- 7+ years of total work experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA
- Public Accounting foundation preferred
