Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client, a major player in the consumer/lifestyle sector is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast‑paced finance team supporting high‑volume invoice processing. This role involves data entry, routing invoices for approval, and vendor/employee communication, with the ability to process up to 500 invoices per day.

• Print, stamp, and route invoices daily
• Post approved invoices with accurate GL coding
• Follow up on invoice approvals and resolve issues
• Assist with month‑end accounts payable duties
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries
• Process fixed assets and assist with additional finance projects

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
