Our client, a major player in the consumer/lifestyle sector is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast‑paced finance team supporting high‑volume invoice processing. This role involves data entry, routing invoices for approval, and vendor/employee communication, with the ability to process up to 500 invoices per day.

Key Responsibilities- Print, stamp, and route invoices daily
- Post approved invoices with accurate GL coding
- Follow up on invoice approvals and resolve issues
- Assist with month‑end accounts payable duties
- Respond to vendor and employee inquiries
- Process fixed assets and assist with additional finance projects
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
