Accounts Payable Specialist

CV Resources has partnered with a fast-growing Manufacturing company to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of the AP function, values structure and clear processes, and wants to work closely with accounting leadership in a stable environment.

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
• 2-way and 3-way matching
• Working with purchase orders and PO-based invoices
• Supporting day-to-day accounting operations as the company continues to scale
• Partnering closely with Accounting leadership (training and mentorship provided)

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Manufacturing, CPG, or Logistics industry experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with PO systems and matching
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Global or international AP exposure
• Experience with Quick Books Online or similar systems

• Small, experienced accounting team
