• Answer phones and greet walk-in customers
• Handle customer and sales lead intake
• Gather project details and route leads to the appropriate salesperson
• Create and maintain job folders and documentation
• Prepare simple invoices and estimates
• Support will-call, payments, and pickup documentation
• Keep project and accounting systems accurate

This role is designed to grow into an inside sales / account representative position. Over time, you’ll:

• Learn signage products, materials, and pricing
• Handle simple sales projects as the primary point of contact
• Transition sales responsibilities away from designers so they can focus on design

• Enjoy customer interaction and problem-solving
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Want to grow into a true sales role with training and structure
• Sales experience is not required — we will train the right person.

• Front office, admin, or customer service experience
• Interest in sales, construction, or signage
