Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) – Sally Beauty, Santa Maria, CA

Be among the first applicants to join a leading hair and beauty supplier. This role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience by assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Sally Beauty will provide the training; you bring passion and personality.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Support a range of working schedules to suit diverse needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

• Physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
• Work around moving carts or machines and potential exposure to irritant chemicals.
