We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to drive store sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and demonstrate expert knowledge of our products.

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Process returns, promotions, and other offers to maximize sales

• When Assigned To The Cash Wrap

• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and go-backs

• When Assigned To Processing And Replenishment

• Process merchandise to floor-ready status and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards on the floor
• Assist with projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and stock issues

• When Assigned To Floorset Activity

• Execute floorset proficiently
• Adhere to brand standards
• Maintain back room and under stock

Physical requirements:

the role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
