Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
Responsibilities- Unload trucks and stock new freight.
- Operate in the backroom environment.
- Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (may be required).
In addition to base pay, stocking associates may receive annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at rates ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
