Santa Maria Animal Hospital, located in Santa Maria, California, is looking for a part-time or full-time Associate Veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our family-owned practice as we continue to grow. We are looking for a compassionate veterinarian who is a good team leader and has a gentle bedside manner.

The position has the possibility for partnership buy-in and open for negotiation.

Santa Maria Animal Hospital is a small animal veterinary clinic providing wellness care including surgery and dentistry. Our services include comprehensive preventive wellness care including early disease detection and vaccines, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, dental radiographs, digital radiology, in-house laboratory, and diagnostic ultrasound.

Santa Maria Animal Hospital is situated in the heart of the stunning California Central Coast, halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Our climate makes it easy to find time to explore surrounding lush vineyards, beaches, hiking trails, and rolling hills without the traffic and congestion of the big city.

We are open six days a week. Veterinarians typically work an 8 hour shift, three or four days a week, allowing plenty of time to spend days off enjoying outdoor activities. A great support staff is waiting to work by your side as we thrive to give the best service possible.
