Travel RN-Home Health jobs in Santa Maria, CA, let you deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the community. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families on managing health conditions.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current RN license in California, and recent home health experience. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong communication skills are recommended.
