Job Requirements- Graduate of accredited licensed vocational nursing program
- Proof of car insurance for automobile being used
- California Driver License (CA DL)
- Current and valid LVN (CT LVN)
- State licensed LVN with 1 year of nursing experience
- Med/Surg or acute hospital experience
- Home Health experience
- Demonstrates ability to work within a case-managed model of patient-care delivery.
- Demonstrates proficient intermediate nursing skills.
- Demonstrates a caring, compassionate attitude toward others.
- Ability and willingness to actively participate in agency task forces and committees.
- Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.
- Demonstrates clear, effective written and oral English skills, and objective, active listening skills.
- Reacts calmly and efficiently in emergencies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others across all agency departments.
