Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $35.88-$57.50.

Senior Technician

Location: Santa Maria, CA

Rate: $35.88 - $57.50 (+ field premium)

• Ability to diagnose, repair and troubleshoot engines, transmissions and hydraulics
• Must possess tools necessary to repair heavy machinery
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check

One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school;
Minimum five plus year's of CAT dealer experience and ten year's heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience.
