Dental Treatment Coordinator​/Front Desk Receptionist

Overview

Comprehensive Periodontics & Dental Implants is seeking motivated and caring individuals with strong personal and communication skills with an overall team mentality.

You will provide Treatment coordination in a well-respected, fast-paced, state-of-the-art periodontal & implant practice in both our SAN LUIS OBISPO (~3 days/week) and SANTA MARIA/ORCUTT locations (~2 days/week).

As a Front Office team member, your focus is to ensure that each patient visit is a well-executed comprehensive appointment where the patient arrives value-ready, proceeds smoothly through their appointment, and leaves complete for payment and their next steps.

• Being the contact point for patients and referring practices, while coordinating and representing all facets of patient services, from the first call through the completion of treatment and any necessary follow-ups.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the schedule and the scheduling template to meet the practice’s efficiency and production goals.
