• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in sub-acute rehab patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active State SLP License (California)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Current BLS certification (AHA required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• No floating required
