Job Description

We are seeking a professional to join our rapidly growing team of clinicians providing medically necessary services to clients with behavioral health needs. The assistant manager will be onsite to assist the clinical team in ensuring the clinic is effectively while allowing our clinicians to focus on patient care. The assistant manager will handle scheduling, day to day operations, and supporting our insurance billing and HR teams.

The right person will have experience in supervising teams, have an understating of labor laws, and ideally have worked in ABA or another medical field.

This position is a full time, in person position that will also remotely support other teams in the company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish. Hours are generally 10:00 am- 7:00 pm, M-F.

Responsibilities
  • The clinic assistant manager will work alongside BCBA Clinical Supervisors and the Practice Manager to efficiently run day to day operations of clinic and home services including scheduling services, coordinating last minute changes, and ensure all staff are supported to meet the needs of the clients served
  • Assist with client check in and check out
  • Coordinate and schedule vendors and supplies as needed
  • Ensure daily medical notes are completed and compliant
  • Maintain daily records as needed
  • Create and prepare materials as assigned
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff
  • Assist with client records requests
  • Assist with new client intake
Requirements
  • 6 month minimum experience in Human Resources or supervising and scheduling a team of employees
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proficient with online databases
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers highly preferred
Pay Information

Hourly $20-$22
