Overview
Description We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative (8:00am-5:00pm). If you have a passion for excellence and would like to join one of Santa Barbara County's top employers then we'd like to talk to you.
Responsibilities- Provide customers with product availability, pricing, and delivery information.
- Respond to general inquiries from customers.
- Call customers and sales personnel to provide updated information.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities to complete day-to-day tasks.
- Take on any additional functions related to customer service.
- Adhere to high ethical standards of business in all aspects of the job, especially toward customers.
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word and/or Excel; previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
- 10-key is helpful.
- Minimum requirements include a high school diploma/GED.
