Program Administrator 1 M/F (H/F) - SAFRAN CABIN INC.

Safran is an international group of high‑technology operating in the aerospace (propulsion, equipment, interior) sector, space and defense.
Safran Cabin designs, certifies and manufactures cabin interiors and advanced systems for global customers.

Mission Description

As a Program Administrator, you will:

  • Assemble and maintain information such as action‑item lists, statistical data, program schedules, resource and financial data, and certification documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation of program progress and successful progression.
  • Manage special work‑around plans and schedules for unforeseen events.
  • Monitor contract delivery schedules and support proposal processes.
  • Execute and oversee specific projects and programs supporting Safran initiatives, including Lean.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance, displaying self‑motivation and initiative.
Eligibility and Experience

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience:

Minimum of 2–3 years in an administrative or clerical position, or experience in the aerospace industry as a scheduler, or a combination thereof.

Required Computer Skills
  • Proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Other Required Skills
  • Solutions‑oriented thinker employing analytics and problem‑solving.
  • Consultative, accessible communication style at all employee levels.
  • Ability to perform risk assessment and define mitigation plans.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Adaptability to a fast‑changing environment.
Preferred (not required)
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with aerospace (FAA) certification requirements.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software such as MRP, SAP, ERP.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and requirements.
